- Add nut butter: adding peanut/almond/ cashew butter provides up to 8 grams of protein in just 2 tablespoons!
- Add fruit: Fruits like bananas, blueberries, strawberries, and mangoes are all delicious additions to your morning bowl. They also provide an extra boost of vitamins and minerals.
- Eat it cold: Running late in the morning? Make your oatmeal bowl the night before and stick it in the fridge before bed. In the morning, you can just grab it and eat it cold on your way out the door.
