Initially I was a bit intimidated since I have never attempted anything like this before. However, there is a sense of community right when you walk through the door, trainers and athletes alike. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I particularly enjoy the format of the classes as they include both strength and cardio. The classes are well formatted. The coaches go out of their way to make sure that you understand what we are doing and our form is good. I have several past injuries and the coaches work with me to adjust the exercise to meet me where I am at physically and still feel like part of the class. The facility is very clean and the class schedule offerings make it easy to fit exercise into our busy schedule. I would definitely recommend Premier Fitness & Performance to both adults and kids!

I competed in Track and Field at a D1 college and was well prepared mentally and physically because of the support I received at PSC. During these trainings, Mike, Lenny, and Logan customized my strength, agility, and power training specific to my goals as an athlete and a soccer player. A few months ago I also incorporated 1:1 trainings with Logan with upcoming tryouts.
