Starting Monday October 9th, we will be kicking off our Fall into Fitness Challenge!  This is a great opportunity for you to transform your fitness and overall health leading into Thanksgiving!

 

Here’s what you get over 6 Weeks:  

  • 12 Semi Private Training Sessions: You get 2 days per week of Semi Private classes to use over 6 weeks so you can get stronger and build lean muscle which shapes and contours your body while increasing your metabolism to help you lose body fat.  Each workout is done in a small group of 2-6 people to give you the individual attention and proper form cues to help you get the best results.

  • 6 Group Classes: You get 1 Group Class per week to use over 6 weeks that will augment the Semi Private classes you do on the other 2 days.  You will feel great after each session knowing your workouts are designed with your individual needs in mind with the appropriate exercise modifications for your current fitness level 
  • A Nutrition Program + Recipe GuideSo you will have certainty that you’re eating the right type of food at the right times of the day so you feel better and generate the best results from your workouts.

  • 6 Weeks of Accountability Coaching: to keep you on track with your fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and sleep goals 
  • Unlimited Access to our Team of fun, qualified personal trainers that work with people of ALL fitness levels. Ask them whatever you want, whenever you want

  • A Great Environment we’ve got a great community of people, awesome trainers and a non intimidating, fun environment with workouts that anyone can do and are tailored to your individual needs.
