The trainers challenge you in a very positive way. Mike has been welcoming and helpful, and the trainers have been just as great! They are encouraging and push you to do your best while helping you fix your technique. I have tried the adult sessions and the semi-private sessions and would definitely recommend both classes! I have more energy, I am stronger, and my back and shoulder pain from previous injuries have gone away. I have never been this excited and committed to a workout, and I look forward to going every time!

The trainers at PFP made me feel so welcome and quickly removed any of those concerns. I especially like how they know everyone by name and how they are sincerely engaged with each individual. The facility is fantastic and each class offers a different variety of challenging and relevant exercises at just the right level of difficulty. The adult groups are great and I already feel a small sense of community with the other participants. I'm so glad I decided to give it a shot.

She... read more was not projected to make varsity, mostly because she was thought to be too small, so we knew that we had to do something to stand out. Training with Mike and his Premier staff made her quicker and significantly stronger. After the tryouts, her coach remarked that the girl was all over the place scrimmage after scrimmage and stood out so much that the coach said there was no way she could keep her off the varsity team. And then last fall she started every game and had the stamina and conditioning to play all 80 mins in most of them (and also ended up being the second-leading scorer on the team). We can't say enough about how Premier prepared our daughter for HS soccer and we highly recommend Premier.

During these trainings, Mike, Lenny, and Logan customized my strength, agility, and power training specific to my goals as an athlete and a soccer player. A few months ago I also incorporated 1:1 trainings with Logan with upcoming tryouts. My fitness has improved significantly since starting training at Premier Fitness & Performance and I feel strong going into my high school season. Overall this has been an excellent experience and I plan to continue to train with them during my high school career. Lead trainer Tom and his team have gone out of their way to share nutrition insights, at-home exercises to strengthen my weaker/injured areas, and workouts I can do while traveling.     After an ankle injury at the end of my Sophomore year of high school, 2004, I had enrolled into personal training sessions with Mike, working on recovery, mobility, and strength.... read more Mike's attention to detail allowed him to not only get me back to 100% but put me on the right path to proper running mechanics for Track and Field. I proceeded to continue training with PSC throughout the end of my Junior year in high school. I had achieved more in my junior year in track than I had expected. I was bigger, stronger, faster, and qualified for the regional meet at Austintown Fitch in 3 events. My senior year, 2006, I placed second in the state for Boys long jump all thanks to the reminders and tips Mike and the other trainers had worked with me throughout my time at PSC. Results will come but sticking with the process is what PSC is about. I still recommend Mike and his crew to athletes of all ages and all athletic activity because I trust what PSC can do for everyone. Please look into PSC if your passionate about your sport or ready to start a path towards exceling in athletics.

I competed in Track and Field at a D1 college and was well prepared mentally and physically because of the support I received at PSC. All the trainers are excited for each session, and Mike Caza could always explain something concisely, and in a way that the lesson would stick with me. For anyone who wants to get into better shape, who has athletic goals, or whoever wants to better understand athletic training, I suggest PSC.

The circuit training is kind of fun and the people are great! The individual exercises vary each time you go so you rarely do the same thing twice. I like that. It's not monotonous or boring and the instructors are very encouraging. I recommend Premier for both kids and adults. It's very reasonably priced and comes highly recommended from both current and former athletes as well as middle-aged folks like me who need an organized class to keep me motivated.

The classes are well formatted. The coaches go out of their way to make sure that you understand what we are doing and our form is good. I have several past injuries and the coaches work with me to adjust the exercise to meet me where I am at physically and still feel like part of the class.     I met Mike and the PFP team when my oldest son joined their middle school strength and conditioning classes and had great results. I always thought I should join the... read more adult class but never did until January 2018 when I received an email from Mike in regards to “investing in yourself” and the fact that as you get older we naturally lose muscle and replace it with fat. I decided then to give it a shot since I wasn’t getting any younger and I wanted to be just as active later in life for my newborn as I was for my teenager. Fast-forward to today and I’ve put in 175 classes, lost 15 lbs, have more muscle definition than I did 15 years ago, and a lot more energy. I’ve also met many like-minded adults of all ages who have great attitudes and are always ready for an efficient workout. The trainers are very encouraging and knowledgeable. They work with you very well no matter what your fitness level and can modify the exercise move to best meet your level or need. I highly recommend giving it a try…..you owe it to yourself and your loved ones!
