The Free week gives you 2 Free classes to use at Premier. We'll take you through our well balanced workouts that will help you become fitter, stronger and more energized so you feel better everyday. What's included in the Free Week?
1. Cutting Edge Personal Training - You Get 2 Classes to use between October 2nd - 7th. These classes provide you with high quality workouts that are tailored to your individual needs so you always have a coach watching every rep which means you don't need to worry about what to do, how to do it, or if you're doing it right
2. A 10 Minute Intro - On your first day, we will meet with you prior to your class and show you everything you need to know so you are comfortable and ready to go! You will leave the gym feeling invigorated and energized after your workout!
3. Access to our Trainers - You can contact us whenever you want during the week to ask us questions or just touch base. One of our trainers will be assigned to you and will check in with you twice during the week to keep you on track.
