  • I started working with Premier Fitness & Performance after my soccer season ended Freshman year. My goal was to maintain and hopefully improve my fitness, strength, speed, and agility.... read more For several months, I attended the high school training program a couple times per week. During these trainings, Mike, Lenny, and Logan customized my strength, agility, and power training specific to my goals as an athlete and a soccer player. A few months ago I also incorporated 1:1 trainings with Logan with upcoming tryouts. My fitness has improved significantly since starting training at Premier Fitness & Performance and I feel strong going into my high school season. Overall this has been an excellent experience and I plan to continue to train with them during my high school career. I would highly recommend Premier Fitness & Performance to anyone who is wishes to improve their ability as an athlete—and wants to compete at the highest level.

I always thought I should join the... read more adult class but never did until January 2018 when I received an email from Mike in regards to “investing in yourself” and the fact that as you get older we naturally lose muscle and replace it with fat. I decided then to give it a shot since I wasn’t getting any younger and I wanted to be just as active later in life for my newborn as I was for my teenager. Fast-forward to today and I’ve put in 175 classes, lost 15 lbs, have more muscle definition than I did 15 years ago, and a lot more energy. I’ve also met many like-minded adults of all ages who have great attitudes and are always ready for an efficient workout. The trainers are very encouraging and knowledgeable. They work with you very well no matter what your fitness level and can modify the exercise move to best meet your level or need. I highly recommend giving it a try…..you owe it to yourself and your loved ones!

I am so impressed with the... read more facility, workout plans specifically for her, how friendly everyone is. My daughter loves going there! she looks forward to training and pushing herself. The trainers there are so positive and give so much praise after every single set. the communication is top notch. i am so glad we found such a great gym. it's not just a gym...it's so much more. you feel like family when you are there. There is not a day my daughter goes in there and is not asked about her softball game/tournament, they always remember what she tells them. it is just amazing! if you are not training here...you are honestly missing out!

The trainers challenge you in a very positive way. For someone who has not previously trained at a club the concern going in was would it be intimidating and I found it to be anything but intimidating for newcomers.

I proceeded to continue training with PSC throughout the end of my Junior year in high school. I had achieved more in my junior year in track than I had expected. I was bigger, stronger, faster, and qualified for the regional meet at Austintown Fitch in 3 events. My senior year, 2006, I placed second in the state for Boys long jump all thanks to the reminders and tips Mike and the other trainers had worked with me throughout my time at PSC. Results will come but sticking with the process is what PSC is about. I still recommend Mike and his crew to athletes of all ages and all athletic activity because I trust what PSC can do for everyone. Please look into PSC if your passionate about your sport or ready to start a path towards exceling in athletics.

The trainers at PFP made me feel so welcome and quickly removed any of those concerns. I especially like how they know everyone by name and how they are sincerely engaged with each individual. The facility is fantastic and each class offers a different variety of challenging and relevant exercises at just the right level of difficulty. I competed in Track and Field at a D1 college and was well prepared mentally and physically because of the support I received at PSC.
