Youth Speed & Strength Training Session for Hawken Athletes 10-13 years of age
We're inviting all Hawken athletes 10-13 years of age in for one 60 minute complimentary training session in our Youth Speed & Strength training program during the week of May 31st - June 7th . Most of a youth athlete’s body awareness, movement mechanics, coordination and balance are developed during these years making it a critical time for young athletes to train and improve these qualities.
Premier's Youth Training program improves speed, strength, power, agility and flexibility so athletes can better execute their sport skills with more confidence, athleticism and less injury risks.
