Last Thursday I was talking to one of our Adult members Andrew before his 5:10pm session.  We were both talking about how when you get in your late 40’s and into your 50’s, your priorities change.  You start really realizing how family time becomes more important, enjoying experiences with friends and family is more valuable and how taking care of your fitness and health becomes more of a priority.  Andrew is in his early 50’s and he said something to me that really struck a cord.  “I want to see my kids get married and be able to stay active and do everything I can with them.”

I can relate to what Andrew was saying since I’m going to be 50 next month.  You want to do everything you can to not let the aging process limit your mobility and strength so you can continue to do the things you love.  We then talked about some bucket list items we needed to start crossing off the list and had a few good laughs.

I also talked to one of our female members Lori when she came in and asked how her workouts have been going.  She commented and said, “they are going good and I enjoy all the trainers, they know me best.”  I started thinking about that comment she made, “they know me best.”  She then went on to say the trainers always give her modifications as needed for a few health things she has going on.  It made me realize how thankful I am for the great trainers we have but also how we put our clients first.  We always put the best interest of our clients first and over time, we earn there trust and they enjoy coming to Premier for that main reason.
