On Monday May 20th, we will be starting our 4th Annual, Memorial Day Meltdown Fitness Challenge!  This is a great opportunity for you to get your fitness and health on track leading into the Summer.  MDM is a 5 week personalized fitness challenge designed with you in mind.  Each workout is tailored to your individual needs, led by a qualified trainer and done in a positive environment to help you generate the best results while enjoying the day to day process.

Here’s what you get over 5 Weeks:


  • 10 Semi Private Personal Training sessions – This gives you 2 days per week of personal training over 5 weeks that is done in a small group of 2-6 people that is tailored to your individual needs so you can get stronger, leaner and feel better each day.

  • 5 Premier Fit Group Classes –  This gives you 1 day per week of Group training that goes hand and hand with the 2 days per week of Semi private training  done on the other days giving you a 3 day per week routine so you feel stronger and healthier than ever before.
  • Nutrition Packet + 3 Nutrition Emails / Week –  That will provide you with quality nutrition information and tips so you will have certainty that you’re eating the right type and amount of food at the right times of the day

  • 5 Weeks of Accountability Coaching –  To keep you on track with your fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and sleep goals
  • Unlimited Access to our Team of friendly, experienced personal trainers that work with people of ALL fitness levels. Ask them whatever you want, whenever you want

    Keeping You on Track – Once each week, one of our trainers will touch base with you to answer any questions you may have and help keep you on track so you generate the best results from the program.

How it Works.

Once you enroll, you will be able to schedule your 3 weekly sessions by using the MindBody Fitness app.  The scheduling is flexible so you can choose whichever days work best into your schedule.  If you miss a session, you can make it up anytime within the 5 week program.  You can schedule your sessions up to the start time of the class.  If you schedule your sessions in advance and need to cancel or reschedule, you must do it 12 hours prior to the start the session.  On your first day, we recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to the start of the session so we can review everything with you so you are comfortable and ready to go.  

The workouts can be done by anyone regardless of fitness level and are modified to your individual needs so you have a great experience.  Each Semi private session is 60 minutes and each Premier Fit group class is 45 minutes.  Both programs go hand and hand to help you generate the best results.
