ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Learning how to eat cleaner and make better nutrition choices can help you lose weight, improve body image, build lean muscle, enhance sports performance, increase energy levels and get more out of life.
Each 30-minute Nutrition Coaching session will provide you with clear, practical advice to improve your daily nutrition. We will sit down with you and get a clear picture of what your challenges are then provided strategies to help you improve. By helping you change a few nutritional habits after your first session, you will be on your way to eating better. Premier offers 1 and 3 session packages to choose from. If you choose the 3 session package, the goal is to schedule 2 follow up visits approximately 4 weeks apart to ensure you are staying on track, answer any questions you have and to provide additional nutrition advice.
