Now we're giving you a Free 14 day membership in our quality Adult Fitness program!  Our Adult programs at PFP are awesome and provide well balanced workouts that will help you get stronger, stay accountable and ensure you are working out correctly with good form to generate the best results for yourself. Most of our members are parents of athletes we train and it's a great community of people that show up at PFP for the same reason, to live a stronger, healthier life.  Our Adult programs make up 50% of our business and anyone can do the workout regardless of fitness level and we pride ourselves on providing high quality coaching that is tailored to your individual needs.  We are looking forward to working with you!  Over 14 days, we'll meet you where you are at and allow you to experience all the benefits of our Adult training program.  To get started, just fill out the form below and we'll reach out with how to schedule your first class and answer any questions you have.  You can also scroll down to see everything that's included in your 14 day membership as well as view our class schedule.

What's included in Your 14 Day Membership?

1.  Semi Private Classes - Over 14 Days, you Get 4 Semi Private Classes to use which works out to 2 days/week of Semi Private classes for you.  These classes are 60 minutes and done in a small group of 2-5 people that provide you with quality workouts that are tailored to your individual needs and you always have a coach watching every rep which means you don't need to worry about what to do, how to do it, or if you're doing it right

2. Group Classes - You will get 2 Premier Fit Group classes to use over 14 days which works out to 1 day/week.  These classes are 45 minutes in length and go hand and hand with the Semi Private classes to help you generate best results.  Premier Fit group classes are slightly more cardiovascular based and Semi Private classes are more strength training based. 

3. Day 1 Introduction - We understand it can be intimidating going into a new gym for the first time.  We can assure you that you will feel comfortable from the moment you step inside our facility. In fact many members have become lifelong friends and enjoy the sense of community they feel everytime they come in.  We will meet with you prior to your first class and show you everything you need to know so you are comfortable and ready to go.  We meet you where you are at which means we'll tailor exercises so they are appropriate for your fitness level.  Every exercise has an easier or harder version so its suitable for people of varying fitness levels.

4. Access to our Trainers - You can contact us whenever you want during the 14 days to ask us questions or just touch base.  

5. Nutrition Plan - In your first week, you'll receive a Nutrition plan to help you eat cleaner and ensure your nutrition matches your workouts.

6. An Awesome Environment - We take pride in creating a positive, clean, supportive environment with great trainers that our members love.  You will leave the gym feeling invigorated and energized after every workout!
