Premier offers 1 on 1 personal training and small group personal training with a maximum of 3 clients per session.  Whether you want to shed a few pounds, get leaner, spice up your current workout plan, have more energy throughout the day or just a live a healthier lifestyle, PFP can help.  One of our qualified coaches will personalize your workout plan so it addresses your individual needs and then schedule sessions around your schedule so its convenient for you.  Personal training is for individuals, spouses or friends with busy schedules that want a customized workout routine tailored to their needs that is done in a fun, non intimidating environment that generates results.  Sessions are available in 30 or 60 minute increments.
