We meet you where you are at so you can achieve your health and fitness goals.  Small group personal training at Premier gives you the feel of a 1 on 1 session at about half the cost and with the energy and cameraderie of 2-3 other like minded individuals.  Each 55 minute session will help you build strength, burn fat and get more out of life.  All Small Group personal training memberships included Unlimited Premier Fit classes to do on the other days.
