High School Speed & Strength program (ages 13-18 / 7-14 athletes per group)
June 14th – September 11th (13 weeks)  
2 days/week = 24 sessions – $179/month x 3 payments      REGISTER
3 days/week = 36 sessions – $219/month x 3 payments      REGISTER
Monday through Thursday – 10am, 3:15pm, 6:30pm
Friday – 10am
Saturday -10:30am

Athlete Semi Private program (ages 13-18 / 2-5 athletes per group)
June 14th – September 11th (13 weeks)
2 days/week = 24 sessions – $299/month x 3 payments     REGISTER
3 days/week = 36 sessions – $429/month x 3 payments      REGISTER
Monday/Wednesday – 9am, 3:15pm, 4:15pm, 5:30pm
Tuesday/Thursday – 9am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm
Friday – 9am

Collegiate program

*for incoming freshman and current collegiate athletes*

2 days/week = 20 sessions – $290/month x 2 payments         REGISTER

*spots fill quickly in our summer programs so we encourage you to register as soon as possible

 

  • You can start Summer training on or before Monday June 14th.  You have the option to choose your start date when registering.
  • The first split payment will be processed on the day you register.  Second payment will be processed on the same date you select each month.
  • For the collegiate program, the second payment will be processed on July 14th.
  •  Any missed sessions can be made up anytime during the Summer session
  • Month to Month training options are also available
  • Flexible scheduling, to schedule sessions, download our MindBody app, choose Premier as your location then schedule classes.
  • Premier will be closed July 3rd, September 4th and September 6th

  • Maximum of 2-4 people in each group
  • Individualized exercises tailored to your needs
  • Accountability to keep you on track 
  • Enrollment in 1,2 or 3 days/week includes Free Group training to do on other days

  • Full body, well balanced workout that builds strength, reduces body fat and gives you more energy
  • Accountability to keep you on track
