Semi Private Training

Premier offers Semi private training with a maximum group size of 2-6 athletes.  Each 60 minute session provides customized programming for athletes 13-18 years of age designed around sport specific needs that is delivered in a positive, motivating environment. Our coaches design each program with attention to detail in monthly training cycles and then ensure progress is made from week to week.
