We're giving you 2 free classes to use during the week of Feb 13th - 18th, one in our Adult Semi Private program and one in our Premier Fit Group program. We only have 15 spots available, to schedule your sessions just fill out the form below and then choose the sessions you would like to attend and then we'll be in touch. We are excited to meet you and show you our well balanced workouts that will help you get stronger, fitter and have more energy throughout the day!
What's included in the Free Week?
1. Cutting Edge Personal Training - You Get 1 Semi Private Class and 1 Group Class to use between February 13th -18th. These classes provide you with high quality workouts that are tailored to your individual needs so you always have a coach watching every rep which means you don't need to worry about what to do, how to do it, or if you're doing it right
2. A 10 Minute Intro - On your first day, we will meet with you prior to your class and show you everything you need to know so you are comfortable and ready to go! You will leave the gym feeling invigorated and energized after your workout!
3. Access to our Trainers - You can contact us whenever you want during the week to ask us questions or just touch base. We will check in with you during the week to keep you on track.
4. Daily Nutrition Email - A Simple daily nutrition email with tips on what to eat and what not to eat as well as daily nutrition tips so your nutrition matches your workouts to help you generate best results and get into a good rhythm during the week
