Summer 2024 - Athlete Training Programs (June 10th - August 10th)

Since 2004, we've been helping athletes improve their speed, strength and power so they can execute their sports skills with more overall athleticism, confidence and reduced injury risks.  We offer 4 Athlete Training programs to choose from, High School Speed & Strength program (for athletes 13-18 years of age), Youth Speed & Strength program (for athletes 10-13 years of age) Athlete Semi Private training program (for athletes 13-18 years of age) and Collegiate Training (for rising and current College athletes) Under the direction of former Olympic level athlete, Mike Caza, PFP delivers the most cutting edge training methods that have been influential in the success of over 20,000 middle school, high school, college and professional athletes.

High School Speed & Strength Program (ages 13-18)

Our signature Group program for High School athletes looking to improve their speed & strength for better sports performance.  Athletes will receive 60 minutes of professional coaching on sprinting form, speed development, lateral quickness, explosive power and functional strength training so they are ready to step on the playing field with more confidence and overall athleticism.  The program includes an Individual Strength sheet and daily speed and power testing built into each training session so athletes have defined goals to work towards over the Summer.

Youth Speed & Strength Program (ages 10-13)

Our signature Group program for Youth athletes looking to improve their speed & strength for better sports performance.  Athletes in this age group are at an important time in their development to ingrain speed, first step quickness, coordination, body awareness, strength and power which lays a solid foundation for them to better execute their sports skills with more confidence and overall athleticism.  Athletes will receive 60 minutes of age appropriate, professional coaching  in a fun, structured environment so they are ready to step on the playing field ready to go!

Athlete Semi Private Program (ages 13-18)

One of our most popular programs for athletes looking for more personalized training in a maximum group size of 2-6 athletes.  Each 60 minute session provides comprehensive training that starts with a daily theme of either speed, agility or power followed by functional strength training that compliments the movement quality trained.  The last 10-15 minutes of each session is dedicated to individualized exercises that are designed for each athlete based on their sport specific needs.  Summer training also includes a Nutrition plan, daily Concept of the Week talk and much more!

Collegiate Training

Summer Collegiate Training is designed for current and rising collegiate athletes in preparation for the upcoming school year.  Each 60 minute session uses our most advanced training methodology with the needs of the college level athlete in mind.  Each training session is broken down into 10 minutes of Dynamic Warm up / Activation, 20 minutes of Linear Speed, Agility or Power (daily theme) and 25-30 minutes of Strength Training followed by a 3-5 minute post workout static stretch.  Each week progresses upon the previous week and the training progam is broken up into two training cycles to help each athlete generate the best results.  We can also prorate fees based on when athletes come home from school and when they leave.

June 3rd - August 7th (10 Weeks)
2 Days per Week - Full Payment     $660       REGISTER
2 Days per Week - Split Payment   $330       REGISTER

Important Program Information

Sign up using the MindBody Fitness App, scheduling is flexible and you can choose whichever days work best for your schedule but we encourage you to schedule your sessions as soon as you register to ensure you get into your desired training times throughout the Summer since many of the session times fill up quickly.

If you choose the split payment option, the first split payment is processed on the day you register and the second split payment will be processed on July 10th

There will be a makeup week August 12th - 17th to makeup any missed sessions from the Summer.  You can also makeup missed sessions by attending an extra session in the following weeks.  For example, if you train 2 days/week and miss 1 session, you can attend 3 days/week the next week or another week.
