University of Cincinnati Soccer star training at PSC this Summer

I proceeded to continue training with PSC throughout the end of my Junior year in high school. I had achieved more in my junior year in track than I had expected. I was bigger, stronger, faster, and qualified for the regional meet at Austintown Fitch in 3 events. My senior year, 2006, I placed second in the state for Boys long jump all thanks to the reminders and tips Mike and the other trainers had worked with me throughout my time at PSC. Results will come but sticking with the process is what PSC is about. I still recommend Mike and his crew to athletes of all ages and all athletic activity because I trust what PSC can do for everyone. Please look into PSC if your passionate about your sport or ready to start a path towards exceling in athletics.

She originally signed up to build strength post injury with the intent build a foundation to reduce injuries moving forward. Her speed, strength, agility, and confidence have all improved and she has not experienced any injuries. Most importantly it is something she looks forward to attending each session. I always thought I should join the... read more adult class but never did until January 2018 when I received an email from Mike in regards to “investing in yourself” and the fact that as you get older we naturally lose muscle and replace it with fat. I decided then to give it a shot since I wasn’t getting any younger and I wanted to be just as active later in life for my newborn as I was for my teenager. Fast-forward to today and I’ve put in 175 classes, lost 15 lbs, have more muscle definition than I did 15 years ago, and a lot more energy. I’ve also met many like-minded adults of all ages who have great attitudes and are always ready for an efficient workout. The trainers are very encouraging and knowledgeable. They work with you very well no matter what your fitness level and can modify the exercise move to best meet your level or need. I highly recommend giving it a try…..you owe it to yourself and your loved ones!

I competed in Track and Field at a D1 college and was well prepared mentally and physically because of the support I received at PSC. All the trainers are excited for each session, and Mike Caza could always explain something concisely, and in a way that the lesson would stick with me. The classes are well formatted. The coaches go out of their way to make sure that you understand what we are doing and our form is good. I have several past injuries and the coaches work with me to adjust the exercise to meet me where I am at physically and still feel like part of the class. The facility is very clean and the class schedule offerings make it easy to fit exercise into our busy schedule. I would definitely recommend Premier Fitness & Performance to both adults and kids!

During these trainings, Mike, Lenny, and Logan customized my strength, agility, and power training specific to my goals as an athlete and a soccer player. A few months ago I also incorporated 1:1 trainings with Logan with upcoming tryouts. My fitness has improved significantly since starting training at Premier Fitness & Performance and I feel strong going into my high school season. The trainers there are so positive and give so much praise after every single set. the communication is top notch. i am so glad we found such a great gym. it's not just a gym...it's so much more. you feel like family when you are there. There is not a day my daughter goes in there and is not asked about her softball game/tournament, they always remember what she tells them. it is just amazing! if you are not training here...you are honestly missing out!

In the span of the last 48 hours at the conference championship, she broke the school and conference championship long jump records by nearly 5 inches, took 2nd in the 100M, and won the 4x200 and 4x400 relays. Going into the 4x400, Aurora and Highland were tied. That win gave the Aurora Girls their first conference championship since 2006. Thank you to everyone at Premier who helped her along the way, we really appreciate it!

The circuit training is kind of fun and the people are great! The individual exercises vary each time you go so you rarely do the same thing twice. I like that. It's not monotonous or boring and the instructors are very encouraging. I recommend Premier for both kids and adults. It's very reasonably priced and comes highly recommended from both current and former athletes as well as middle-aged folks like me who need an organized class to keep me motivated.
