I always thought I should join the... read more adult class but never did until January 2018 when I received an email from Mike in regards to “investing in yourself” and the fact that as you get older we naturally lose muscle and replace it with fat. I decided then to give it a shot since I wasn’t getting any younger and I wanted to be just as active later in life for my newborn as I was for my teenager. Fast-forward to today and I’ve put in 175 classes, lost 15 lbs, have more muscle definition than I did 15 years ago, and a lot more energy. I’ve also met many like-minded adults of all ages who have great attitudes and are always ready for an efficient workout. The trainers are very encouraging and knowledgeable. They work with you very well no matter what your fitness level and can modify the exercise move to best meet your level or need. I highly recommend giving it a try…..you owe it to yourself and your loved ones!

I’ve stayed healthy despite my chronic back issues, and I’ve still gained strength and endurance. Lead trainer Tom and his team have gone out of their way to share nutrition insights, at-home exercises to strengthen my weaker/injured areas, and workouts I can do while traveling. In the span of the last 48 hours at the conference championship, she broke the school and conference championship long jump records by nearly 5 inches, took 2nd in the 100M, and won the 4x200 and 4x400 relays. Going into the 4x400, Aurora and Highland were tied. That win gave the Aurora Girls their first conference championship since 2006. Thank you to everyone at Premier who helped her along the way, we really appreciate it!

The circuit training is kind of fun and the people are great! The individual exercises vary each time you go so you rarely do the same thing twice. I like that. It's not monotonous or boring and the instructors are very encouraging. I recommend Premier for both kids and adults. It's very reasonably priced and comes highly recommended from both current and former athletes as well as middle-aged folks like me who need an organized class to keep me motivated.

During these trainings, Mike, Lenny, and Logan customized my strength, agility, and power training specific to my goals as an athlete and a soccer player. A few months ago I also incorporated 1:1 trainings with Logan with upcoming tryouts. My fitness has improved significantly since starting training at Premier Fitness & Performance and I feel strong going into my high school season.
